We walked into our room and said, "WOW"! We stayed in Tiffany Suite and the room was beautifully furnished, super clean, really comfortable bed and very quiet. The breakfast was served at our own table in the dining room, and was yummy! Oh, and homemade chocolate chip cookies in the cookie jar all the time!

Hospitality at it's best. Our stay at the Inn on Charlotte was outstanding in every respect. The room (Anna Marcotte's Hideaway) was beautifully furnished, rich with character and charm. Great location puts you within walking distance of shops, restaurants and experiencing St. Augustine at it's finest. After a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed, it was great to wake up to delicious breakfast (makes you want to stay another night). The innkeepers and staff were gracious and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We will definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

You can not beat the location and if you like people watching get a room with a balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like B and B's this is the place for you. The only thing I can nock them for is when breakfast is served. It is served at 9:15 which is good for most but I happen to be a early riser. The food is 5star quality.

We stayed in the Anna marcotte room. This room is perfect. It offered quietness and your own private entrance. The location of this inn is in the heart of the historical district. We will definitely return.

We were down visiting family and decided to stay at a B&B in St. Augustine for our first night. One couple had a room inside the house and another had a room out back. We knew what we were in for, since we had booked based on the room pictures on the website. Parking was fine, we never ended up moving the car, as everything is already within walking distance. We all enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour, light snacks and breakfast! I'd come back just for another breakfast! Hospitality was at its best here. They just purchased the house to the left and will be adding on more rooms soon, so that's a plus!

Just got back from a weekend at this wonderful B & B. We were here for a wedding and friends of ours stayed all over town. Throughout the weekend many of them ended up visiting our little bungalow. Needless to say everyone was envious of our quaint room, with whirlpool tub, convenient parking and delicious breakfast and happy hour. Rodney & Gerry have a great thing going here and we can not wait to book our next trip with them. Our most difficult decision will be staying here or next door at the sister property they just bought; Hemingway House Bed & Breakfast.

Charming. Great front porch. Excellent location. We didn't get more than 2 blocks away our first night. Rooms are not very large but the living room and covered porch offer space to relax. Breakfast was good both days. Parking was very convenient.

The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. I would definitely recommend the bungalow for anyone wanting a little privacy. Our room wasn't huge but had a whirlpool bath. No complaints.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Inn On Charlotte and it was fantastic. We stayed in Anna Marcotte's Hideaway and the privacy was wonderful. The room was very clean and quiet. The location provided easy access to many restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

My husband and I stayed here in May of last year on a whim. It was his first experience at a bed & breakfast and thus began his addiction to B&Bs (he still counts this as his #1). The owners and staff were very sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. My husband still speaks of how delicious the breakfast was and he's the biggest foodie I know. We stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor with a balcony looking over the street. I highly recommend staying in one of those rooms (the room next to us had a fireplace- perfect for Jan/Feb). It's lovely to sip a glass of wine and just watch the goings on from above, especially during a thunderstorm. Very romantic B&B...and right in middle of all the action in St.Augustine. I highly recommend.

My bride and I decided to take a weekend getaway in San Augustine and thought this was the perfect location. In the middle of downtown St. Augustine, the Inn close to everything. The service was top-notch and the staff provided everything that we needed. The complimentary wine or beer before we went out for the evening was an especially nice touch. Sitting out on the quiet patio in the morning made my morning cup o joe and paper that much more enjoyable. The Marjorie Rawlings bungalow was particularly quaint and made for quiet stay with comfortable beds. The breakfast may have been the best part. Thanks again to the wonderful staff, my wife and I will definitely be back again

It was my first time in St. Augustine, my wife and I decided to get married in the town due to its grace and beauty. We ended up spending the night in the B&B after our wedding. I found all of the rumors my wife was boasting about this place to be true. The beds are like clouds, the rooms are super clean, and the shower was heavenly. But nothing beats the breakfast in the morning. The sausage and eggs make you feel like you are having sausage and eggs for the first time. The orange juice is so delicious. I gotta say that the pancakes with the banana on top was a deliciously nice touch. And the staff is phenomenal, they really make you feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone. I fell in love with the town, but more so with this place. Thanks guys, I will see you soon.

We recently stayed at the Inn on Charlotte for a friend's Bridal Shower and Bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect place for a weekend with the girls! The location is central to Old Town and a perfect walking distance to everything! We had the entire Inn to ourselves, and Rod, Ann, and Jerry made us feel comfortable and right at home! When we arrived Friday, we were greeted by Rod & Ann and beverages, light snacks, and cocktails (mandatory for a Girl's weekend!). Rod (a true Southern gentleman) even let us decorate for Bridal Shower games on Friday night! Rod & Ann were helpful and friendly without being overbearing or intrusive, and had great advice on where to go and where to eat in St. Augustine. Breakfast every morning was to die for - the egg souffle our first morning there? UN-believable. While we found the Inn to be perfect our purposes, it is also perfect for couples, anniversaries, or even small family reunions! Each room was private and luxurious without feeling like we would break something at every turn, and the showers & tubs were truly relaxing. We would definitely stay at the Inn on Charlotte next trip to St. Augustine! Thanks Rod, Ann, and Jerry!

I was just thinking about places in St. Augustine worthy of my time to review and the Inn on Charlotte definitely fits the bill. My memory is hazy and at this point, I can't remember if it was December 2011 or 2010 that my wife and I stayed there. In any case, the Inn is absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated, and in an excellent location. The owners were very nice and liberal with the complimentary wine! Lastly, the breakfast was incredible and they even discussed their homemade pecan syrup with my wife. We'll be coming back here if we can escape town without the baby.
